About

A rare overlap: a sales operator who actually builds the AI.

14 years in B2B sales, from telesales through Sales Director, and four years as Managing Director of a sales-led business. I have carried a quota, built teams, written comp plans that worked, and a couple that didn't.

For the last stretch I have spent most of my working week building practical AI workflows inside CRMs and outbound systems. The kind of work that agencies are currently quoting £30,000 to £100,000 for, then quietly outsourcing.

Most AI consultants have never carried a number. Most sales leaders still treat ChatGPT like a slightly faster email tool. I sit between the two, and I do the work in your business, with your team, in plain English.
